FREE SHIPPING OFFER: 

Free shipping on orders over $75 is only applicable on in stock merchandise shipping to the continental US, and will automatically be calculated upon checkout.  Shipment method for Free Shipping will be chosen at our discretion.  If you need expedited shipping methods, please contact us for a quote, as checkout will not automatically calculate expedited shipping costs on orders over $75.  Shipments of orders over $75 to other areas will be eligible for a shipping discount.  Please contact us for discounted shipping adjustment if your order is over $75 and is shipping outside the continental US.
 
Also, for a limited time, we are offering Free Shipping on any size order that ships to Florida.  You must enter discount code in order for this discount to be applied.  .  Use code:  LOCAL  upon checkout.

UNITED STATES:

We ship quickly...normally within 24 business hours.  Shipment is via USPS or UPS, depending on best method for products purchases.   Shipping charges are based on weight.  You can get quote on shipping before checking out.   Your order may arrive in separate boxes, if the various items come from different warehouse locations.  Have a deadline to meet?  Email us, or call our toll-free line, to advise us of your needs, and we'll give you options to get your purchase to you in time for special events!
 
 INTERNATIONAL:
Please email us for quote.  Shipping will not be automatically calculated at checkout...please do not send payment until complete total is sent to you.
 
Some items (mostly larger items, like furniture, or items restricted by licensing policies) may not be available to ship outside of the United States.  We'll advise once we contact you with your shipping quote. 

Special Orders

We strive to keep our selection updated when items are backordered or discontinued.  We never want our customers to be disappointed and misrepresent our product availability.  However, as much as we work to keep up to date, sometimes we will encounter an unexpected backorder status, due to the fact that we are selling via other venues, as well, and on our more popular items, we may sell out elsewhere, before we are able to adjust inventory on our websiteIf that occurs, we will contact you and give you the choice of waiting for the item to be available or receiving an immediate refund.  You are also welcome to email us to request that we double check availability before you order, if you prefer.

Return Policy

We strive to describe our products in as much detail as possible to ensure your satisfaction upon receipt.  Upon the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the item, please contact us within 30 days from date of shipment to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.  Items must be received by us in their ORIGINAL UN-USED CONDITION.    Please package securely and insure your return package to ensure a safe arrival...we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.  Include a note with the RMA#, reason for return and whether you are requesting a replacement, store credit or refund.   Refund amount will be for purchase price...regrettably, shipping charges either way are non-refundable.

Damage, defective or items shipped in error MUST be claimed within 7 days of receipt of package for proper handling.  We cannot be responsible for claims made after 7 days of receipt.

Any warranties offered by the manufacturer should be handled directly with the manufacturer as described in their warranty.
