FLOPPY SEAT is nicely padded, giving nice pillow like comfort surrounding your child. 360 degree coverage protects cart all around your child, even the handle that you touch so you are not spreading germs when you touch the cart handle and then touch your baby.
MACHINE WASHABLE...when it's dirty, just throw it in washing machine. Many people love to get 2, so they will always have a clean one in the car, when they take one inside to wash, or just one to for each car.
