Special Orders Terms and Conditions

Special Orders will be shipped separately from your other items.  Some of these items may ship directly from the manufacturer to save you shipping costs.  Therefore, shipping carriers for these items will vary.  Receipt of these items could take 1 to 3 weeks.  Also, most special orders can only be shipped to the United States.  International customers will need in inquire on whether we can make arrangements to ship a specific special order product to your country.

We stay in close contact with the manufacturers / distributors of our special order items and try to keep our selection updated when items are backordered or discontinued.  However, as much as we strive to keep up to date, sometimes we will encounter a backorder status when we place your special order.  If that occurs, we will contact you and give you the choice of waiting for the item to be available or receiving an immediate refund.  You are also welcome to email us to request that we double check availability before you order, if you prefer.

Since special order items are not items we normally keep in stock, we cannot accept returns on these items.  Of course, if the item received has been filled incorrectly or is damaged, we will make that right.
